Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1: Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the website www.harmonicatablatures.com, owned by Cosson Sébastien, located at 20 Avenue de la tuilerie 58150 Pouilly sur Loire (harmonica.tablatures@gmail.com). A "Customer" is defined as any natural person or legal entity placing an order with www.harmonicatablatures.com that is validated via our secure payment platform.
Article 1b: Age Restriction
Age restrictions apply: Users must be at least 18 years of age.
Article 2: Orders
Any order placed on www.harmonicatablatures.com implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3: Pricing
Prices are displayed in Euros (€). "VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the CGI" (French General Tax Code). Product prices may be modified at any time. However, the rate applied to an order will be the price listed at the time the order was placed.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately upon the date of the order. Secure online payment by credit card is processed through PayPal. Transmitted information is encrypted by industry-standard software and cannot be read during transit over the network. Any guarantee regarding the security of this system is the sole responsibility of PayPal and cannot be attributed to us.
Article 5: Delivery

Article 7: Refunds
No refunds for ebooks can be requested, as tablature files are easily copied. They remain the property of Sébastien Cosson and may not be distributed without the prior consent of Sébastien Cosson. These tablatures represent an interpretation of well-known music but are in no way an exact reproduction of the original notes. These tablatures are intended to serve as a practice tool for playing the harmonica.
Article 8: Purchase of Merchandise and Physical Items
At HarmonicaTablatures.com, we strive to provide an enjoyable shopping experience. However, please be advised that we are not responsible for any issues related to the purchase of physical products such as merchandise, t-shirts, or gifts. These products are manufactured by a third-party provider. Our liability is limited to the digital products (PDFs) that we offer directly.
